When will my order be delivered?
Our delivery takes 5 working days, excluding weekends, from the day you receive your order confirmation. Please note that the expected delivery date can vary due to factors outside of our control.
I’ve received an incorrect order, what should I do?
If you have received the wrong product, or the product you received is of an incorrect color, size or has defects, please WhatsApp us or write to us at email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you, as soon as possible.
Can I exchange my order?
If you are not happy with the product that you have received and would like to exchange it, you can WhatsApp us or you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that exchange will only be done for unused products in their original packing within the first 7 days of being delivered. Your exchanged product will be sent to you once we have collected the original product.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer return and refund services. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your product for you.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not received your order, please WhatsApp us or write to us at email@example.com. We will look into it and get back to you as soon as we can. It is our top priority to ensure that you receive your orders on time.
How do I find the most suitable size and fit?

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Standard shipping charges are Rs. 200. Delivery for orders above Rs. 2500 is free.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery charges apply for international orders.
How do I pay for my order?
We are offering Cash on Delivery (CoD) services all across Pakistan. You can also pay through online Bank Transfer and Jazz Cash.
Can I make amendments to my order after it has been placed?
Amendments can be made within the first 24 hours of placing the order. You can reach out to us on WhatsApp or write to us at email@example.com and inform us of the changes. We will try our best to accommodate your request before the order has been dispatched.
